Annalee Cataldo has more than 30 years experience as a litigator in the areas of general liability, construction claims, and professional liability matters involving architects, engineers, and land surveyors.
Experience
Ms. Cataldo, an accomplished litigator and trial attorney, co-chairs the Insurance Practice Group of Kosakoff & Cataldo, LLP. Her main focus is representing design professionals, but she also has substantial experience in matters involving personal injury, construction site accidents, violations of New York State Labor Law, premise liability, property damage, and automobile accidents.
Throughout her career, Ms. Cataldo has participated in numerous mediations ranging in complexity from slip and falls to multi-million dollar design and construction defect claims.
