ROBIN S. ABRAMOWITZ, ESQ.

Robin Abramowitz has more than 30 years experience as a
civil litigator, focusing in commercial, real estate, construction,
and matrimonial law.


Experience

Ms. Abramowitz is a partner and co-chair of The Litigation Practice Group at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella, & Yedid, P.C. Her construction litigation practice includes representing owners, general contractors and subcontractors, and suppliers on residential, commercial, and public projects. She also represents landlords and tenants in real estate disputes, specific performance actions, construction trusts, declaratory judgment actions, quiet title actions, and partition. 

Other areas of expertise include foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings, representing both debtors and creditors, as well as employment law focusing on the enforcement of confidentiality and non-competition agreements.

Ms. Abramowitz is a skilled arbitrator and mediator. Her mediation philosophy requires an authentic commitment and participation in the mediation process by both parties and their attorneys. If all parties devote the time and energy to addressing their differences, the likelihood a mutually agreeable settlement can be reached is maximized.
