LIMS is pleased to announce that Peter Mastaglio has joined our panel of Mediators. Peter has a wealth of experience as a mediator in both the Federal and State Courts and is on the Roster of Mediators for the Appellate Division, Second Department and the Commercial Division Supreme Court, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Queens County.

Peter brings with him more than 50 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters including employment discrimination, civil rights, real property, real property taxation, eminent domain, zoning and land use, general contract and corporate law, constitutional law, real estate law, creditors' rights, and professional malpractice litigation.

Peter is available to assist parties by applying his extensive experience to resolve cases.
