Experience
Mr. Rosenberg is the founding partner of Rosenberg, Fortuna, & Laitman, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation and real estate development and transactional matters. He has extensive experience in mediation, both as a mediator and as an advocate for his clients. He is on the roster of official mediators for the Commercial Division of the Nassau and Suffolk County Supreme Courts and has extensive training as both a mediator and arbitrator. He is frequently appointed by the court as mediator, Special Master, referee, and receiver. This experience helps the parties overcome impasses and move forward in the mediation process.
Outside of his law practice, he has extensive community service experience in economic development, served on the Advisory Board of the Chicago Title Insurance Company, and served on the Executive Boards of education service organizations.
Mr. Rosenberg also has experience as general counsel to the New York State Assembly, including the Committee on Ethics and Guidance.
